Youtube/GMail Account Creation

I'm looking to create a new Youtube/Gmail account after my old account was terminated last year. I don't want any connection with the old account (just in case) so I don't want to use my phone number for verification. I've tried using SMS services but Google is too smart for that, none of them work. Any ideas how to work around the phone verification? I only need one or two accounts. Any help is appreciated!
