Youtube Gaming Demonitezation?

Tried reapplying but rejected. I have a video which has 2 million views and upto last year youtube don't have any problem with it but then suddenly demonetized. Anyone facing the same dilemma?

Do you do your own commentary? YouTube is getting stricter and stricter as time goes by, and even if the footage you provide is original and unique, it may still get rejected due to some x and y rules in the guidelines.

yeah it has no commentary. this is sad because I've seen many old youtubers using just full cut scenes monetized.

Yep, that's probably it, sadly.
They might get away with it, but most likely not for long, at least most of them. Eventually it'll catch up to them, unless they are privileged somehow.
