YouTube front page question

Hi guys, I think this is my first couple of posts here, but anyways.... I have a question: When I search a certain thing on Google, for example, Iron Rattler POV, a username: themeparkreviewtpr comes up with their youtube videos, even though I uploaded first with just less views than them. Another example, when I search on YouTube, how do I make my video show up #1? Upload it first? or does it have to do with views ect?

I really need some SEO YouTube help if anyone could help,

I give my yt videos at least 10 or more likes, usually gets me above the rest. But if you're going up against someone with lots of subscribers than you're out of luck.

Of course you can beat them.Just make sure that your video is on-page optimized well enough and then start buying views/likes/comments/favs/subs and (for google ranking) backlinks to your video till you beat them
