If an account is banned, the associated IP address might be flagged. so using the same IP address to create a new account could raise red flags. Use a different IP address by switching to a different network or using a VPN.
thanks, i already did that .. i have mini-pcs for that and i simply change the account on the pc and adding a new windows user and deleting the old one ... also sure the ip is changed. but somehow the device is getting flagged ... its possible to register and to act on youtube but its not possible to report copyright stuff because then the report will be rejected but so far i dont know which part of the pc is "flagged" too
is there a vpn service which is ok for youtube or are their vpn services which will cause a red flagg instantly?

You would need to use different fingerprinting for each account. Use proxy, Multilogin, then you can run your bot in calm

Delete all cookies and cache from your browser to remove any tracking information. Also, use high quality proxies, incognito or private window. Must check ip address for quality standard. Coz mostly people buy ip and think all is well but that is not the case you will have to test it and identify it on your own.

Each account needs different fingerprints, which means cookies, IP, useragent etc.
High quality proxies + An anti-detect browser like Gologin or Dolphin Anty should solve most of your problems.

So how do you know you are flagged outside of your copyright report being rejected? You did not say you couldn't create accounts or that your accounts became shadowbanned.
thanks for the gologin tool, didnt knew that. can you advice some high quality proxies?
the accounts seems to be fine as far as i can see, primarily only the copyright report function is used. in our experience, if an account is flagged for a copyright report, google will reply by email that the request is being investigated because fraudulent behavior has been detected. it is generally not due to the copyright report as this is legitimate.
we also know that accounts have to be "left" for about 3 days after registration before they can be used.
nevertheless, it happens that the requests are then rejected, after which the account is basically scorched because every reaction to this email leads to a ban and new requests are also rejected.
hence the problem of finding out what all youtube flags on a pattern.
