Hello I'm trying to upload my video on Youtube but after 24 hours she got flagged.

I tried evrything cut a part of the video, change desc, etc...

Reason:

It's not okay to post large amounts of untargeted, unwanted, or repetitive content to YouTube. If the main purpose of your content is to drive people off of YouTube and onto another site, it will likely violate our spam policies. In addition, misleading descriptions, tags, titles, or thumbnails designed to increase views are not allowed. Tags should only be placed in the appropriate tag section and not in the description. Does someone can tell how they are still recognize me or what should I do to avoid it?

Thank you.

Other people are reporting the video or the account is flagged because you keep getting your shit taken down or something along those lines, as long as you aren't uploading a duplicate video or something with copyright the video probably isn't the problem.

Try a new account

Thing is I tried to make another video but on that video it got the same page even if it was a new video.
I heard that Youtube uses OCR to check every frame for duplicate content so should I change the page?
And the flag reason is not about people flag because it also getting flagged in unlisted.

Did you try another account? I've never had problems with them automatically detecting duplicate content if you add frames to the video to make it unique. Do you have copyrighted stuff in the video? That could be the issue also - wouldn't be surprised if they scanned the videos frame by frame in that case.
