simple, be consistent if ya new on the channel test out different niches that youre interested in (dont change too much just try 2-3) be consistent post daily. have a interaction with the community if the channel is problem-solving then interaction with community is more important and be present of soical medias.

Becoming famous takes time and demands focus.
u need to be able to identify your niche (an area of strength with regards to knowledge, then create high quality fresh, engaging content; every other thing is secondary as you will be doing what you like the most and also leaning more

Sometimes even off beat or weird things go viral so it can certainly work :D
 
Product original content videos as many as possible and see the results in 4-6 months.
 
It takes a lot of time and effort, also patience is important, post content 8-10 min and make quality. almost require 6 months to become famous on youtube.
 
Diss some celebrity, be as cringy as possible, cross all lines and you’ll be famous (and in jail too probably). To build a successful YouTube channel, now that’s a whole different story.
 
Yep solving people's problems, have trendy topics and catchy intro image with title, yadda yadda yadda always the same crap all over the web. I see people like Teal Swan, Ralph Smart, Ben Shapiro and wonder how they become so big on yt? Do they not started out with zero budget, yeah? With that in mind there must be more behond the scenes than the usual; solving problems, go into niche, have trendy images and title, yadda yadda yadda... but till today I not saw one practical guide , who showing me step by step how to become a big influencer in yt, curious isn't it ? So I ask myself where Teal Swan, Rakph Smart got the knowledge to become big influencers?


Any deep thinking thoughts here?
 
Thumbnails and titles are 90% of the equation tbh.

Engaging content is the other 10%.

Tags aren't important anymore.

YouTube AI checks your video frame by frame and generates it's own tags according to what's in the video anyway.

Would YouTube trust users to add tags manually which will be ripe for abuse?

Or

Would YouTube generate it's own tags using what's in the video and that can't easily be manipulated as it's part of the video itself?

Ok, I see enough good quality videos and content on yt and often have only 150 or 350 views, notthousands, how that can be?
Then with your logic these people should have a more ethical clickbaity aggressive polarizing image and title to catch more views?

select a good trending niche and start producing engaging videos on that, and add a little bit of promotion too!!
