Hey,

In this youtube video don't pay attention to what she says.
But what's interesting is that they have put a fake background with a woman and images related to the context.
It looks like she is talking about the subject but not

Where do they get this background???

It's not hard to do this.
The background is a still image, which you can create pretty easy by yourself if you know 3D programs like Cinema4D.
The television is basically a greenscreen where you just place your video.
The recording of the woman is also really easy, as it is the same concept as the TV. You can see that the keying out is done poorly since you still see the green light on her clothes.
 
It’s a premier pro video template type, any pro video editor can do it
 
I don't think it's manual video editing, I think it's automatic. I've heard about automation tools like the one used to create this kind of video. I don't know if it was at JVZoo or WarriorForum. If anyone knows the name of this software, I'm also interested...
 
Robotic audios is against of youtube policy i think youtube is Not monization robotic voice channels.
 
i also need to know it sounds great there now more advanced test to speech that look like human voice
 
seems like a template, but I dunno any platform that can run it.
