I have been thinking to start Faceless Youtube channel but I have a limited info on everything about it.
I have been searching scripters and voice overs and editors but could not find any budget friendly.
I have about $200 - $250 to invest.

Would you suggest some people who do VO, video editors and scripters?

And the videos needs to ready to publish in 2-3 days.

with that budget, i suggest to do the work by yourself.. because you need time + a lot of videos to start making money
