Youtube Experts!

hi, i was ranking on page 3 of google for my keyword and today i found my tags filled were blank so i changed my tags and put my keyword as my tags. AND I saw time lenght (eg 3:40) in my title in google serp. I thought to edit it and found one space was there in title, so i just removed extra space. I did only these two changes and now I AM SEEING MY VIDEO RANKING ON 40+ pages in google, but still on second page of youtube. please help what may have occured??

Interestingly, YouTube tags go straight to meta keywords, which Google supposedly ignores...
