Yesterday I download one piece anime episode and cut some fight clips from this video

and make new video by IMovie app in mac and upload it to Youtube

after 3 min youtube email me about :

I see seam video clip upload it in youtube and the strange thing is suggusted by Toei Animation JP whos Claimed my video !!!

How i can upload video and this company not Claimed me and how to make Toei Animation JP suggusted my videos ?

Copyright holders found your video and reported. That's the reason it was removed.In order to upload copyrighted video you will need a written permission from copyright holders. About the suggestion thing, I think copyright holders uploaded that video them self or a person uploaded a video who was having permission from them. There is NO other way to upload copyright things at YT without copyright holders permission. Now or later every copyrighted video get's removed.

Companies usually flag stolen videos, it is quite hard to stay away from them. I would suggest to ask them for permission or the best idea is to produce real content.

Rule one of YouTube copyright claims..someone makes a claim.. They take it down. Ask questions later.
