Exchange views is a really bad idea in my opinion, especially during this youtube update. Views will probably drop or (even more probably) they will not be counted by Youtube.
Moreover, even if they were counted, you would have some views with very (VERY) low retention, no engagement to your video and with no (or very poor) traffic source.
Since youtube has taken action against sites like addmefast and many others you can understand why this technique is definitely not very safe to do before have your monetization activated on your channel.
After, remember that, if you want to exchange or buy YT views, you have to stop monetization on the video that you are boosting with fake signals.

if majority of your subs and views are from those exchange services then you wont get accepted so use those services to give a boost and do not rely completely over them
