The green dollar sign doesn't always mean your videos are being monetized. Actually confirm it by seeing if they're running banners.

If your videos are adult related theres numerous things that may prevent your videos from being monetized. one reason is that you've reuploaded a video thats already been identified as 'adult' and the system matched the file's fingerprint. youtube doesnt monetize adult content.

it depends upon niche .

i am making $5 per 1k views on a video.
but making $0 per views on a adult video.

thats weird i got maybe around $47 on a video i got on youtube and re uploaded it. got 2k views or more not sure until someone disputed my video and I had to delete the video

I don't want to be a party breaker but before my account got suspended on youtube, i made like 1.2 K euros with just 300K view

The "Adult" yt niche is not the highest paying....or at least with my experiment channel im learning....
