So I got a bunch of YouTube accounts 'suspended' which I'm assuming is the same thing as banned.

So what I'm wondering about is this: are the videos being flagged by people as spam? Or are they taking it down for other reasons (what reasons?--many of my videos are unique and completely within TOS).

My thought is that some random people are flagging the videos as spam because they have watermarks. I was thinking maybe the next time I upload videos, I will leave out the watermarks and rely solely on annotations and the link in the description.

    What do you guys think?

It might also be necessary to tone down the description field; make them unique and not stuff keywords...

Maybe just one of your videos got flag and youtube just deleted all the accounts that your ip had recently logged into. It has happened to me before....

I don't really know because I haven't really tried anything(because most of the videos I have been posting lately only stay up 24 hours-ish because they all get flagged quickly no matter what ip), but the person I outsource a lot of youtube work to just unplugs her modem and plugs it back and she automatically gets a new ip

Youtube is out on a all spam hunt , you have to make your video not look like spam , and when they kick a account off they kick all the accounts that log in with that ip so change ip on each account is a must hint dsl or air time card is a must

tattoo unfortunately its common that some peanut knocks you out by flagging your videos..... There is a guide on this forum which is a guide/confession abou there dirty methods to take out competition.... I lost over a hundred videos the other day...... you can release your ip without rebooting your modem but i personally just reboot to be safe.... but seriously mate your biggest enemy is each other.... certain niches are really getting hammered by us affiliates on youtube ...... my ROI has just had its legs chopped of after my big loss of videos... at the end of the day i try to put a $$$ on my time and after that loss, what was a insane ROI is now just mediocre....

To protect myself im now hammering different niches than whats currently under the spotlight by the mass's.....

Good luck with the online war mate...

sort of demoralizing to do all this work and then have it disappear. uploading videos takes a lot of time and if you use TOR it's going to be even slower. hmm, maybe youtube spamming, er, marketing, isn't all it's cracked up to be...

in any case, i'll be reappraising my youtube strategy.
