Youtube doubts

Hi,
I'm beginning my youtube journey and have a couple of questions
If anyone could help me I would appreciate it.

What are the most common ways to get banned from YT? (wan't to avoid it)
Need advice on a good CPA company. That is easy to get in and allows me to monetize bots/scripts/etc (nothing related to hacking, but some related with exploiting games). Any company with good rates?

1. Getting caught creating a huge amount of accounts using an abused/overused IP, MAC ID, cookies etc. So change your IP clear your cache often.
2. Using blacklisted proxy IPs. You can check whatismyipaddress.com if your IP is on the blacklist.
3. Unverified Google account. Create accounts with SMS/Phone verification to make your account more legit. Also, verify your alternate email which you used when signing up for a google account.
4. Be careful using mass downloader/uploader softwares. They know when you use them.
5. Avoid reuploading scraped/dupe content, convert the filetype to override this.

Some other things are unavoidable such as flagging competitors, multiple copyright strikes and complaints, porn etc.. see their TOS to learn more.

Choose CPA networks that allows incetivized promotion and ask the AM to be sure you're method is allowed.

If I only use 2 or 3 accounts, uploading just a few vids per day (<5 per account), with good content would I get in trouble? And If 1 account is banned the others are in danger? (if the IP is the same)

Would it bring any danger to my personal google accounts?

Any good one? Tried Adwords Media but they asked for a site, and I only plan to create a small blog when the views are flowing. Got some cool content to share, but need to lock it to get some ??.
Any other CPA?
