youtube distractions

i'm trying to write an article for a pbn site and i write 2 lines then i go to youtube to look for funny or football videos..

Do you guys suffer from the same lack of concentration and prone to youtube distractions?

Any tips?

have some self control, i use Youtube everyday for articles i write but i write first then use youtube.
