Before I was able to create discovery video ads easily, but now it says it require conversion-action thing when i choose discovery ad option. Even if I create a conversion-action , still it doesnt let me create a video yutube discovery ad... How to go about it , how to create discovery ads the right way now ?

There is nothing changed. It is same
Bit when i try to choose discovery and press on next step it want me tk set conversion action. After ceeatin conversion action , when i choose discovery again , it again asks for the same thing ...

Had the same problem. You have to click the option that lets you create a campaign without a goal, then video, then custom video campaign. Hit next, then in the "networks" tab you select only youtube search results and it defaults to discovery ad
