YouTube: Currently ineligible for monetization (I need a youtube expert)

I need some help to solve this problem.
I got this, when i try to join a yt partner program.:

My channel is 100% legit, im not using any bots etc.
I got some fake copyright claim with same issue, (i used a free to use music) im opened a dispute and already okay now, the claim is removed. Only one video is processing now.(same music copyright claim, so its solving in few days)
I got on one video 18+ only Age-restricted (set by YouTube). My channel niche is a historical content.
Some videos (2-3) i made from a historical Article (with many changes), but the last videos is my unique work.
I dont have narrative, only text commentary on my videos, but its really quality and education videos.
Anyone have any help or idea for me to solve this problem?

Have you shown face in any videos? If not, make some videos showing face and reapply.

Thanks! Without it, is there no chance of it being accepted? Is it that really important?

I have 2 channels monetized without showing my face. So I don't think is that important. But it might help.

Contact youtube support on twitter. Ask for an appeal
