Search CTR is the only Youtube CTR that can be botted that can have real Impressions. Your video indeed can show up in the search page. And it means real Impressions. So it's not fake CTR.

But why don't you show what are the keywords that bring those Impressions. To have real Impressions on the Search page, your video must rank. Or the keywords must be some search terms, very specific long tail, that no one use.

Years ago I use such bots. The search volume of the keywords I use in the bot became really high that they became Suggested on the search bar. But other than inflating those useless specific long tail keywords, I didn't get significant benefits.

Before talking about CTR, we must talk about Impressions first. Without Impressions, there should be no Clicks, no CTR. Programmatically, you can engineer Clicks, but not the Impressions (even if you think you can, it will be on Client side). Thus, botted views usually have tons of view but almost no Impressions.
