Creative commons is free to use but you to give proper credit and video should be unique or else it will considered as duplication

Even if you have rights to publish.

Look CGbro & CGMeetup, they can be unmonetized at any time for "reuse content" even if the original creators give them rights to publish and commercialize. Same for trailer channels.

You need exclusive rights to stay in the YPP.
