Hii guys i want to start testing some youtube and cpa is it will a problem if i watermark the videos with the link or just put the link in the description thanks i advance guys

There will be no issues if you put the watermark in the video. But if it's in the description, then it can get on the radar.

That would work pretty fine. But you never know if someone reports your video, and it gets manually reviewed, then it's gone.
It has happened to me in the past.

still possible, it's easy to write a bot to fetch all links from your bridge page.

So it's still on radar.

The only way is really watermark. Get a good short, nice domain and work with it.
