This video has various video clips published on "theellenshow". My question is how is it possible to survive from copyrights these kinds of videos?

Maybe all the cuts, the video never uses more than 12/13 seconds of the source video directly... You just have cuts of the source video everywhere...

Some ways to improve your chances of bypassing copyright detection:

- Slightly change the audio pitch & speed
- Slightly speed up or slow down the video
- Edit the video to be vertically mirrored
- Add video cuts and a disclaimer to the intro or description

For best results, try a combination of all 4

Even with that, it's only a matter of time before it's found, reported and removed.
