YouTube Copyright - What you can and cannot do?

Hi, I was just wandering if someone could tell me what you can and can't have within your videos if you want to EARN ADSENSE.

For example your not aloud copyrighten material such as music, trailers, music videos, song lyrics, etc???

Can you have clips of stuff? If you were just recording yourself saying you seen beyonces new video and she dances good and show her dancing?

Can you have images? Say if you were talking about a new game you just bought could you have poster in background and show the trailer?

Maybe you were hyped about the new spider man movie so you make a video telling you fans than could you show them the trailer or good clips from the movie?
