Youtube copyright problem.

I am paying someone 5-10$ for making a youtube video for me. it is just basic type of videos like
how to install winrar
how to install avg etc via camtesia
Like these.
Now i want to sign an agreement with the person who is making videos that I own all the rights of the video made by him...
I guess if he is making videos by downloading videos of other people, How do i came to know about it?
Also if he send email ( can be fake) to me signing as an agreement, what will i do if i receive the complaint. What details do i need to get and write in agreement with the video maker?
And what will be my role and duty if i get a complaint by someone?
Do i need to show him an agreement made? What if he puts fake email..In that case what will happen.
I dont mind paying more for the video creation

For better assurance, you need a proper contract. But you're not gonna be safe, you're supposed to perform due dilligence on the material received so you don't broadcast copyrighted material. Most large broadcasters like NYT, CNN and Reuters have entire teams checking for video and photo fraud and even then some big frauds go by unnoticed. There isn't much you can do besides checking one by one, also the responsibility is yours if you broadcast copyrighted material.

Order a few videos and check their quality. If the images look like they were reused, contact the seller and if no satisfactory answer is given, go for another professional. A true pro won't scam you, all video producers know copyright is serious business.
 
I can make the videos for you but you need trust to the person who you'll be working with. If it's just making a tutorial something like that I can help you mate.
 
so..basically you want someone create video for you but worry about copyright ?
- ask him all source video.
- put your brand in view ( exlp. he must use your background brand, icon or others for computer desktop )
so you will know he use other people video or not.. also you can strike back if someone claim your video..

Indeed a very good idea.. i will say to put a background wallpaper anywhere in video once and that wallpaper is having my brand symbol, icon.

How much would you charge for making a 5-10 minutes long video?
 
I have camtasia and wondershare on my pc. I also have rdp means I can download hd movies in just a matter of seconds like cut something from the clip/
 
Is he from the same country or different? You both could sign a NDA document to keep things under control.
 
I don't think contracts will work if you don't meet the guy personally. He could just fake something and will be gone forever.
The best way would be if he either provides screenshots from the creation process or uses your brand name as a wallpaper or something like that.

Just get the creator to watermark your videos so there yours ,and yours only.

Simple

Watermark with brand url or a url relating to your business.

Or get the creator to backdrop your url thu the whole movie.

Ps. If the creator does download copy write stuff you are still responsible posting them online be warned .
