Youtube copyright monetization

Hello, tried to look in forum and did not find few answers, for a long time I was wondering, how do people can run ads on compilations, music etc. For example music channels, "black beats", "blue paradise", "criminal tbilsi" etc. Uploads music videos everyday and in description they all just write

"This channel is created to promote magnificent songs, and as well, producers. Absolutely, NO COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT INTENDED. This CHANNEL CLAIMS NO RIGHTS OR OWNERSHIP over the contents posted. If you wish for a track to be removed, please let us know so we can remove it from our feed immediately)"

And they run ads (get them all the time).

Attached example with "Nato Gogichashvili" channel. Can someone explain. They run ads and get millions of view on not their own content just write that bullshit in description and these new channels appear everyday. Or they just run compilations with ads, which clearly ar not their videos.

Ads on YouTube videos doesn't mean the uploader is the one monetizing. Most of the time the copyright owners will just claim their youtube video and monetize their video as it is extra passive revenue for them and is a better idea from a business standpoint than to remove the video (free promotion, passive income, all for free)

For channels that have the ability to monetize specially music has some kinda " rata" thingy can't remember but the music artists get a huge % of the ads rev to the reuploader. I got this warning before when i've reupload music videos.

If the YT bot detects the music is copyright then most of the time YT will let you keep the video but moneytize it for the copyright holder. So ads will show on the video but you won't get any revenue from it. Occasionally you can get away with uploading copyrighted music and YT does not flag it as copyrighted - such as if the music is rare or perhaps a live version or remix of a song which sound different to the original version in the YT copyright database - but if you moneytize these and then get manually reviewed you run the risk of a getting your channel banned.
