i watch a lot of youtube videos and also know about copyright policies on youtube.But sometimes i dont get how do some channels re-upload videos from internet and not get copyright notice from youtube. I know about creative common 0 license but none of these videos seem to be cc0 so how do these channels get away with . Also they have shitloads of views!!!

some reference channels would be:
channel 1
(youtube.com/watch?v=P5FvarVt3us
youtube.com/watch?v=1ZGjZJTPvD0
youtube.com/channel/UCYenDLnIHsoqQ6smwKXQ7Hg)

channel 2 (
youtube.com/watch?v=A4_NVlo0D70
youtube.com/channel/UCoVJEtEK7y-L7nNc7DP5V_A
)

Those who repost videos just literally repost without editing the watermark or company logos out. Some also place "Credits to the owner" in the caption. In a way, that's still good marketing for the OP.

man i have mentioned a few channels can you look at them and tell specifically. How or why arent they getting a copyright strike?
What is OP??

I did. Check each video yourself again. They did not remove the watermarks and logos even when they compiled from different sources.

OP = original poster

they just re publish the videos , not too clever

A simple workaround is to just download a couple of similar videos, that make the point for your niche, edit a relevant snippet from each (make sure there's no watermark/logo), then combine them together and up load them into a new video. There are free video programs out there (file factory et al) for this.

Probably not a great Idea to re-upload.
Op- you should read some Fair-Use guides

People who post the exact same video will have their videos removed by the OP if they have over 100k subscribers also Google is being stingy about giving 100k sub awards to most channels.
