Youtube conversions

I am looking for a way to increase conversions of youtube videos.

I have a WC 2010 video online with about 20 000 views. I am trying to promote soccer fan items like vuvuzelas, WC football shirts etc.
My traffic is targeted, because if you like to watch the World Cup and watch famous goals then it is very likely that you are a big fan and also want to buy fan items.

However, this does not convert. 20 000 views and only about 60 clicks and 1 conversion .....

My problem is not getting VIEWS, but getting CONVERSIONS. Is there any way to improve them?

I think 60 clicks out of 20 000 views is veeeeery low ......

Hehehe. I think the problem is that YT users in this case don't want to buy anything from you. Perhaps they're just looking around, want to see some good vids from the best games, want to see funny world cup videos,...
They probably will sign up to something, something which they can get for free or so....you must look for some email submits or things like that.
