Youtube Content ID

Hi, one of my videos has been content ID claimed but there seem to be no advertisments when the studio says it will be monetized on behalf of the copyright owner. Does a channel have to be at monetizable threshold for ads to be run? Or is it due to the content of my videos being reuploaded? And if so does this mean I won't be able to monetize my own videos in the future?

I believe it's only for the video to get your monetization to be removed you need to have 3 strikes correct me if i'm wrong
