YouTube content concerns?

Anybody concerned with the new YouTube content policies and the Billion dollar Viacom Google lawsuit which basically states if you don't own the music or images do not upload the video?

The blackhat method used to be "borrow" a video, change the keywords
and upload directing viewers to your money page.

And if youtube/viacom get nasty they can easily find you through your links and money trail.

So,,,
are you guys keeping on with the same old tricks, or are you being more careful?

Or,,
am I being to cautious?

I really don't think the risk is that high, it wont change what it do. (yay 100 posts, time to become a jr. vip!) shit did the price of being jr. vip get raised? I thought it was only $25........
