Hi! Youtube contacts, what is this for? I found channel that have ~200k contacts with + 300 daily.
Is it somekind of boosting subscribers? Should use some soft for spam it? Any warnings or strikes from youtube for this?

Do you mean YouTube subscribers? Why would it be boosting subscribers? I'm sure it's just a legit channel and gaining legit subscribers daily. I highly doubt that they boosted their channel to 200k subscribers, but without the channel it's hard to tell.

Spamming if not improperly can definitely get you banned. The more accounts, the more IPs, the easier and more effective spam can be, because it keeps accounts safe spreading things out.
 
I speak about channels contacts, not subscribers.
I found some channels with ~1kk subs and almost no contacts, and this channel has so many contacts. Why?

Channel contacts are what youtube use to call "friends" before they got rid of them.
 
It's friendship. I still can get thousands of Shares by messaging them through a site's tool.
 
As someone stated above it used to be called "friends".
With the "add as friend" feature, you could go to someone's channel and add him as your "friend".When you did this, the user would be notified (by an e-mail) and hence there was a fair chance that he would visit your channel.
It was good to gain some traffic to your channel/videos.

Youtube has now changed it to "contacts" and no longer sends any notifications if someone adds a person as their contact which makes it worthless for promotion IMO.
 
I'm not a fan of contacts. After 3-10k+ added contacts it starts to glitch badly to the point where I can't even select any contacts. I would just like to delete them all. I would advise not mass adding on your main account, because youtube might release the banhammer. Use drone accounts and private proxies.
