I have a fighting channel.

These videos have been posted elsewhere on YouTube, many with millions of hits each.

However on my channel they are getting flagged by users and the community guidelines kick in (strike 2 of 3 now) citing that YouTube doesn't allow shock/violence videos.

I am sure that many of these are being flagged by other people who host the same clip and want to just eliminate the competition, possibly because they saw that my channel was gaining a very quick natural momentum (no paid views).

Is there anything that I can do in this situation other than flag the other videos too so we all lose? There doesn't seem to be any appeal process or similar for these community guidelines breaches.

Hmm.. Guess you can't really do anything. I suggest taking it easy and not uploading this kinds of videos anymore for a while unless you want to get your account suspended.
Contacting youtube usually ends up in no replies, so that's not worth a try I guess..

Post on the Youtube support forums. Others will answer you there hopefully.

Its kind of a losing battle, you are not going to find any support from youtube if your videos continue to get flagged. Only suggestion would be to toss the video up on multiple accounts if you don't care to focus on one.
