The same services that offer views usually offer comments too.
I have tried two. Like4Like.org is cheap, but the comments are 80% junk like "12345", "asdfgh". If you have no money, try it. Just understand that you will need to delete many comments.
YTBot.com is a forum user. You can upload your comments or choose random. The cost is something like 0.20 each.

we use mechanical turk to write the comments then our free youtube commenter (see my signature)

fyi dont use spun comments, the best kind are relevant to the video itself

Hi.
Not sure if this is actually something you can help with, but I'm need of a similar blog commenting service, that can help improve the social proof of specific articles.
So it's not the typical SEO backlinking strategy ... but more like the YouTube comment service you mention, but for blog posts?
For example, I supply 15 x 100 word (approx) blog comments to be placed on a specific blog post (via unique USA IP addresses)
Is this something you can offer at all?

so you are looking for someone to take your comments and post them on blogs? do you have a blog list?
Is there anyway I can write a custom comment and you can get it to be the top comment of a video with say 500k views?
