The past places I would go to get youtube comments was U2bviews and Enchanceviews but they are both broken.
Does anyone know of a site where they offer working comments?

You can check like4like.org for comments (random comments from users / some spam) and like-ex.com (has option for custom comments)

The only way to get YT comments is to buy them from BST section of BHW or other places like Fiverr etc.
