Howdy,
For about a month I've been searching and I've been trying different smmpanels for youtube comments, I have the same problem after the comments appear after about 30 minutes they all disappear.
I can say that I have tested several options, I have the same problem with all of them, they disappear after a short time
Can you help me with a better alternative?

I won't say all SMM Panels but "most", have some problems with their suppliers.

This is my conclusion after testing and playing around with 5 or 6 different ones, mostly for Twitter followers, Facebook followers, Twitter likes, Instagram followers, and likes, so I can only imagine what is like with comments.

Because everyone can't have the same problem, at the same time.

I don't know what to tell you, I'm not of any help regarding this, but something strange is happening in the SMM world.

Where did you find the panels that you use? BHW marketplace?

I haven't seen a deletion of smm comments I ordered to my own videos, and they are still on my channel, maybe you mean comments you left on other people's videos?

Not all SMM Panels are dependable, but yours is ridiculous. 30 minutes is a short time.
