I think the person who uploads the video has to manually approve comments before the appear. Probably they don't want comments or they don't like your comments

Just play around with it. Also you cannot copy and paste in any way. You have to approach each comment without thinking about the last one so that it is completely unique.
try and just do the name of the site without the www or the . com and see if it still gets blocked.
