Hey Guys! Quick Question, is it okay to comment my website to relavant videos and channel of my niche in youtube? is there a risk of getting banned or some sort? Thank you for your kind replies :)

I don't think it's a problem. Just don't be generic with your comments. Manually post them with meaning. No use in posting your link if nobody wants to look at it because of a generic comment.
 
How many is the recommended comment for example, 1 hour. to be safe and not get banned? :)
 
Are you intended to comment your hyperlink to a Youtube video?

This is not easy to leave comment with a hyperlink at a Youtube video. If the comment without a hyperlink, it is easy to get visible.
