Youtube commenting / bot

Does anyone here have a clue how this weird commenting system works?

First off, often when i sort to top comments, it shows just mixed comments ( new and old ) instead of the real top comments.. in other browser it shows the real top comments ( sometimes )

Second, sometimes when i post a comment then its ghosting, even if i censore every fucking word.
If i try it on a other video, it works even uncensored.
After some time like 1-2 hours i also can comment on the video where i was ghosting before
And sometimes i cannot post on videos at all.. ( i don't masscomment, only around 5-10 per hour )

So how does this crazy system work?

Third, botting, all good money niches are so overspammed by youtube commentbots, but where the hell can i get this bot? whats the name? and no i dont google youtubebot to download some shitty russian virus.
The bot only comments on the first 3 top comments on each video, i also think the bot searchs the videos by entering keywords which would be godlike..

Does anyone know something about it?

Okay, treating Youtube like it's google really helps here. What I've been following is this:

-2-3 accounts per IP.
-Delayed posting of comments prevented ghosting (along with IP changes)
-Clearing cache every time you switch accounts.
-Wording/Typing differently every comment from different accounts.

I went in on the upvote bot with a friend, the one that @Herion is selling.

well i use 3 accounts, one with chrome, one with opera, one with firefox

and yea i also use the upvote bot, its good but i think the top comment -> comment bot is better, everytime i check big videos i see their messages, and if you image thats the case on around 100-200 videos then they should get huuuuuge impressions
