You can check out youtube comment blaster on this forum, there was another one also on sale here but can't remember.
 
the is a website that can do it, I don't remember the exact name, but you can insert all the comment you want, and in exchange you have to see video make comment post like...
 
there are pannels for yt comments, you can find boots too but think they need to be updated and may have issues

But I really don't know is it work or not because of some bots really an issued one. My suggestion is manual youtube comment is best and better for SMM work.
