yes i know this has been mentioned before, but i would like to see if anyone knows of a comment upvoter for youtube that works in 2017? preferably free or cheap. is there a social traffic exchange that can Handel this?

Don't waste your time for looking free YT comment upvoter. YT is really hard to work on it and getting harder year by year.
