Try using some panels for that instead of a bot since if you will get a bot you will have to manage proxies, accounts and this can become costly while the panels will cost less for the same actions. Maybe try using justanotherpanel.com or find some other which is more feasible and share that with us.

In terms of bots, I'm not aware of any, but even if you find one, you then need to buy accounts and proxies. Unless you're doing this large scale, I can't see it being worth the cost of the bot, proxies and accounts required.

If you are thinking about long term then getting a BOT and managing all the power yourself is good thing. At first BOT seems costly with accounts and proxies but eventually it will be cheaper than panel. Above this with BOT you have control over how you want to use the upvoting power.
