Youtube comment rating

Here's the issue:

My comment has been top comment on youtube for a few months. Not a competitive video at all only a few thousand views. The comment had like 100 thumbs up. A few days ago someone overtook my top comment with only 10 likes. Obviously someone horsing around not genuine likes. Today I thumbs downed all his likes and now there is currently no comment in the top comments section. I tried thumbs upping my original comment a few times under different accounts and my comment still hasn't appeared back on top. There is currently no comment in the top comments section

I REALLY NEED my comment to be back on top. Not create a new comment.

I'm willing to pay a solution whether manual technique, a bot or whatever? If you show me how to get my comment back on top I'm willing to pay. But I need the SAME comment that was previously on top back on top. If anyone can do this please reply or leave your skype details or whatever so I can pm you.
