Youtube comment Question

Can an account get banned for entering too many comments on videos manually or is the only punishment, more captchas? I've been leaving tons of comments on videos and the only thing that has happended is more captchas.... no warning for spamming or anything which i've found strange. Also, does youtube ghost comments like they ghost top rated comments?

Sorry for the newb question. I don't have a working bot now so I have been doing everything manually.

If you keep spamming your comments will get ghosted. They have never wares me or banned me and I comment on 1000+ vids per day.

Yeah I have never heard of a ban for commenting.
