Good day guys. I just want to ask if do i need to use proxy when Im spamming some link in youtube comment? how many google account that I can register for one IP?

yes you need proxy also upvote pannel to rank comment high. You need only phone number to create youtube accounts. IP does not matter

your comments become concealed when you spamming with some link in youtube comments, and you can create many accounts from one ip but after sometimes googe will say "you cannot create new account this time"

You will have proxies just not to get your comments ghosted .
Get Proxies
Get Gmail accounts ( You can create Channels on each account)
Get Upvote panel and don't use Havk keywords.
Best you should be on a good side
