Is there a limit to the number of comments you can post manually from a single account over the span of an hour or a day?

From Google: "There is no such limit YouTube has defined for commenting but If you are commenting as a visitor then you can comment as much as you want."

What does “commenting as a visitor” mean? Like on other people’s videos? YouTube couldn’t be more vague about this if they tried.

That's probably the point. ToS optimization gets to the point where you say everything with out saying anything at all lol

I would say 10 comments per hour for a week, after that 20/30 per hour or something like that.

But, you can easily 100x this with different channels, so that is some 200/300 or even more for each hour. One of those things, you ain't gonna find the answer (unfortunately) unless you test it and see.

I guess you’re right. Was hoping for someone on here to have an “unofficial safe limit”. I posted about 50 manual comments from a single account before YouTube started deleting them almost instantly. Wanted to check if this resonates with other people as well. Maybe I’ll just have to wait and see if the block will be removed.
Edit : this was spread out randomly over 6 hours.

I've heard that 1k comments per day is generally pretty safe with a comment bot, although I haven't tested this out myself!

a large amount of comments will flag your account as suspicious and you can get banned for severe violations of youtube policies.
the safe commenting limits when done manually based on my tests are 50 to 200 a day.
properly spread across time limits, also making sure u do random scrolling and watch atleast 10 to 15 seconds of the video to prevent bot/spam pattern.
i only advise to do max of 50 to 200 a day, just to stay under the radar.
although more can be done.

Yeah I’m having similar experiences too. Got the block removed after 24 hours and now I’m staying under 40 comments a day. So far so good. There’s not much resource on google so hopefully this thread helps someone.
No my guy. Just regular niche related comments. No links whatsoever.
Remind me of those bunch avasva comment all over the youtube...
