Purchased comment likes are unlikely to remain stable because YouTube regularly removes artificial engagement. Building an account farm would add even more risk and maintenance without guaranteeing results. TBH I would not bother looking for the cheapest panel. In case the likes does not stick, it would not really matter how cheap it is only if it looks genuine.
Yess i think cheap likes were purged quite quickly nowadays. As far as i am concerned using fewer likes from older active accounts is better than getting thousands of vry low quality likes.
