Youtube Comment Ghosted/Removed Method

This post is about youtube comments and how they can be ghosted/removed by reporting them multiple times quickly over several accounts. This does not work for all comments and some accounts are immune to this. It doesn't matter if it is plain text or text with a link, some comments just can't be ghosted by reporting them. I want to know what I have to do to age or make an account not susceptible to this ghosting method. I can tell you it has nothing to do with age, subs, uploaded videos, what browser you use, or double verified. If someone can show me how to make accounts immune to reporting I will pay you. Obviously I'd need some proof or some testing to be done but i'll gladly send money for the method if anyone knows it.
