YouTube comment bot

Hello, I'm looking for someone to code a simple youtube comment bot.
The bot should handle multiple youtube accounts and do this for each account (this should be a loop):

• wait for a specific youtuber to upload a video (each account will be linked to a youtuber)
• comment on the video
• use the API of a youtube like service and buy likes for the previously made comment

Youtube Comment Blaster can do that except it hasn't built the upvotes API connection yet (though they said they will some time ago..)
