No, it doesn't increase views or reach. There are other significant factors that affect your reach.

The CMS is a backend tool for management, not a promotional mechanism, Use relevant keywords, tags to reach larger audience
 
Adding your channels to a YouTube CMS can help increase the reach of your content by providing more opportunities for distribution and promotion. However, whether or not you monetize your channels is up to you.

I think adding channels to youtube’s cms doesn’t directly boost reach but it’s more about managing and protecting your content. ie: things like content ID and better analytics can help you optimise how you show up but it’s not a promotion tool in itself.

Alternatives: While waiting, try affiliate links, direct sponsorships, merch, or Patreon. Not ad revenue, but still ways to earn.
