Hey, so let's be honest, from 12yo I worked really hard to make a good channel, 4 years later I growled a bit I had about 4k subs something like, I mean, it's something, but it's literally nothing.
Currently I'm 20 years old and I forgot about my YouTube dream
I have tiktok with 40k followers and some instagram pages with more than 5k.
It was a lot easier, the algorithm is basic and I don't need to kill 1 day of my life for 1k views at max on youtube.

But I really want to do it.
My native language isn't English, I guess you already found it out.
But I want to do videos on English cause I know with good tips and good video I can go high on the numbers.

I'd like to get advice from you guys because youtube videos, forum threads gives me 0 help, mostly tips that relevant when you have more than 10k subs and already have some audience.

How do I start from 0?
I want to get to 1k subs in about a month, I have time for that and I really want to achieve that.

Find something you're good at see if there is a niche for it. Once you find the niche, you need to give out as much value to the viewers that will watch your videos. Your viewers will grow very slowly, but you will eventually reach a point where you will have the ability to provide value to other content creators.

The fastest way to authentically grow on YouTube is through collaborations. Once your channel has enough viewers to start collaborations, focus on grabbing as many viewers as possible from other creators within your niche. (it doesn't have to be a lot; it could be a couple of hundred views per video)

Rember this very clearly: Watch time is what grows your channel (not subscribers, likes, or comments.) If you build up your audience pool, your watch time will naturally increase, which will cause YouTube to push you throughout the home and suggested feeds. The home and suggested feeds are where the majority of viewers come from.

Eventually, you will have a combination of different viewers from many channels. Your audience will tell you what videos you should post and the topic you should stream (if you decide to stream.)

I highly recommend any YouTuber stream, especially if you want to build up a super loyal audience to watch all of your videos, buy your products and services, and contribute to the chats.

Also, remember to set up an email list right off the bat to start collecting emails for your future business!
