Youtube Channel with 400k Subs - Changing Content and Making Easy $$

I have a youtube channel that has 400k subs. I stopped uploading my regular content as adsense continually decreased and it was no longer worth all the time and effort editing videos compared to my day job.

I am wondering if anyone has ideas for easy content that would require minimal/passive effort that I could upload to the channel to still have a low monthly income from it but just with no effort.

I was thinking something AI generated but not sure what suggestions might be out there.

What's your initial niche? Do old videos still get views? There's plenty of ways to go about this, 400k subs are a nice base
 
Why not reuse your old videos? Make short clips instead. I read it here, it worked for them.
 
You can make shorts depending on the niche. Whatever you do, you should cater to the existing subscriber base instead of shifting to a new niche. You can also outsource content if the channel has considerable amount of active followers.

What was the previous niche of the channel?

AI videos can still provide good results but you'll definitely need to add value. Full AI videos are a no go.
 
Maybe quiz videos, create a template and just change the questions and answers, with Canva you can make everything faster
