Let's say my youtube channel has alot of views and has a good page rank (eg. PR4) but my videos has a low number of views (eg. 200 - 300) .

Im wondering if the high number of "Youtube channel views" helps my youtube videos to appear on google's first page for a specific keyword?

I don't think that these two are related. Try to promote those clips by other means and this can help. Social bookmarking for example.

Nope, that will not affect your video's ranking power. What will affect ranking in google more than anything is social proof (views/comments/likes/favorites). What will also affect ranking is if your video's title/keywords match those of your channel. Backlinking your video is in my opinion a waste of time as it will always be outranked by other videos (using the same keywords) with more social proof.

Ya There Hav Lot Of Ideas to Make Videos Best Rating

That is the first time that i see someone to think about channel visits.
I think that only video visits, likes and comments are important to rank
having in mind title, description and keywords also
